Project data: Screenshots, images, and project configurations you create are stored on our servers to provide the service.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never see or store your card details.

Usage data: We collect basic analytics such as API usage metrics and feature usage to improve the service.

We use your information to:

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. Images are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate Shipshots:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and image storage
  • Google Cloud Platform — render worker infrastructure
  • Google & GitHub — OAuth authentication

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your project data
