By accessing or using Shipshots ("the Service"), operated at shipshots.app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Shipshots is a web-based tool for creating App Store and Play Store marketing screenshots. The Service includes a canvas editor, MCP server for programmatic access, video preview, and image export functionality.
You must sign in with a Google or GitHub account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your API tokens with unauthorized parties.
The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Free accounts are limited to 1 project and single-size exports. Pro accounts ($19/month or $149/year) include unlimited projects, all export sizes, and video export.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all images, screenshots, and projects you create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service.
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable law.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
